This year, Carytown Cupcakes is approaching Valentine’s Day a little differently…
According to statistics, in the United States, the amount of people who are single currently outnumbers the amount of people who are married. More than ever, people are pursuing careers, working on degrees, traveling or simply “weighing their options” before getting into relationships. The definition of relationship is evolving.
In the case of Carytown Cupcakes, our cupcakes have evolved too. Instead of the sappy memorabilia that traditionally can be found in stores and online, our cupcakes reflect a more contemporary approach to relationships, that is, sometimes your best relationship is with yourself, or your closest girlfriend, perhaps a bottle of wine or simply that there really isn’t one, but rather, there is the ability to date or do whatever it is that you want to do.
Starting Monday, February 8th, we will offer our themed Un-Valentine’s Day cupcakes, which include: Galentine’s Day, Nothing to Wine About, Treat Yo’ Self, Netflix & Chill, Bleeding Heart and Un-conversation Heart. For those happy lovebirds, all of our classic cupcakes will be decorated as rosettes- each color corresponding to a different meaning. We will offer corsage boxes or for an extra dollar, long-stemmed rose boxes. Call 355-2253 to reserve yours now.
Stop by Thursday, February 11th and Friday, February 12th for live music from 5-7:00 pm. Grab one of our craft beers or a flute of prosecco and settle in for two nights of celebrated love ballads and epic breakup songs.
